Lessons

Winston Hill Farm offers horseback riding lessons for kids and adults of all levels. With over 20 years of teaching experience, Carolyn uses positive reinforcement and easy-to-understand feedback to help any rider reach their goals. She takes a hands-on approach with her students, teaching the basics of horse care (including safety, handling, grooming, tacking, turnout, and much more) in addition to riding, which she believes is the foundation of a good horseperson.

Carolyn tailors her lesson program to those interested in competing at the highest level of the sport while continuing to make riding and showing fun for her students. With a full horse show schedule, she will make sure you and your horse are prepared to tackle any and all questions that may be asked in the show ring.

We are a small operation, and only have a limited number of horses and ponies that are available for lessons. While we do offer lessons to those who are interested in progressing their riding without a horse, the goal of our program is to lead you into horse ownership or leasing. * Winston Hill Farm currently has a waiting list for boarders, however we welcome ship-in lessons to our facility in East Fallowfield, PA. Bring your horse and lesson in our state-of-the-art indoor arena or hack around our beautiful fields and trails.
